What is Reiki?
Reiki is a totally non-invasive healing therapy. It is practiced as a hands-on or contact healing procedure at the first level of Reiki, and as a hands-on and as a very effective absent healing procedure at the Second and Master level of Reiki.
Reiki is Japanese word that can roughly be translated as "universal life force" such as "prana," "chi" etc. Reiki is one of the most effective methods for channeling this universal life force to aid the healing of ALL human disorders - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual at the First level of reiki to world and even cosmic level at the Second and Master level of Reiki.
Reiki does not require you to have any religious beliefs, or to have an attachment to any particular philosophical or religious dogma. Reiki will work equally effectively if you have a belief in a controlling power or energy or if you are the most committed atheist.
It was "re-discovered" by a Japanese gentleman named Mikau Usui, after studying ancient Chinese Taoist texts in the early 1900's. Mr. Usui passed on his discoveries to others who also wished to learn the gift. The practice was confined to Japan until the late 1930's, when a Hawaiian lady, a Mrs Takata, who had been trained by a student of Mr. Usui, brought Reiki from out of Japan and in time was invited demonstrate Reiki in the United States of America.
How does Reiki work?
Reiki is different from spiritual healing, in that, with spiritual healing, the practitioners will use their own psychic energy to manipulate the healing energy. Reiki is completely different in that the practitioner is purely the vessel for channeling the energy. With Reiki, it is the client who draws the healing energy the energy they require from the cosmos through the practitioner. In this way the practitioner NEVER feels drained, tired, or take on the symptoms of their client.
The Reiki Attunements and Training
Originally we are told, in the time of Mr. Usui, there was no separation between the taught levels of reiki. The three levels were introduced after the death of Mr. Usui. The tradition now, is that Reiki is taught into three levels.
Reiki level 1 will enable you to bring healing to yourself, and your family. Second level Reiki practitioner, will increase your ability to more effectively channel Reiki, extra methods, including distant or absent healing are taught at Second level.
Attunements are the methods of enabling you to be the MOST EFFECTIVE HEALER. The attunements are not long complicated rituals, full of arcane symbolism and language, but simple highly effective ceremonies, that will align your energy system (the chakras) with the universal energy. By becoming attuned, you will find that your connection to the universal life force will continually increase by the simple method of regularly using the energy. Once you have been attuned you will ALWAYS have access to the universal energy. Even if you stop using it for several months or even years, the moment you feel the need to use it again, it will be there as effective as it was when you were first attuned

ATTUNEMENT TO REIKI LEVEL 1

In the first level of Reiki, the Reiki Master will give you four attunements. These will permanently open your Crown Chakra, the "third eye", throat and heart Chakra. So that you will be able to channel the universal life energy. At this level, you will be able to heal yourself, family, friends, pets etc.

ATTUNEMENT TO REIKI LEVEL II
One Day £100.00
The Second level of Reiki opens up to you a wider vision of the potentials for the practice of your Reiki. You will receive a further two attunements, which will help you intensify the effectiveness of your Reiki healing. At the Second Level of Reiki, you will learn to use the different vibration of Reiki energy that this attunement brings to you. It will enable you to try to help to resolve situations of a global and cosmic nature, and to send your healing over TIME and DISTANCE, including the past as well as the future.

Karuna Reiki® Level I and II

Karuna Reiki® is similar in technique to Usui Reiki, but has more working symbols, 8 in fact, and 3 attunement symbols. The energy of Karuna Reiki® is much more subtle than Usui Reiki, and Karuna Reiki® is especially effective in helping to bring rebalance to mental, emotional and spiritual problems. It will also enable you to have the closest relationship with your Reiki guides, if you have never seen your Reiki guides, Karuna Reiki® will enable you to.
