As you walk down the long dusty path you see a forest surrounding you on your right side and mountains about a mile to the left of you. A large creature flies over head but because of the lighting outside you can't make out what it was but the loud cry it gies tells you it is best that you do not know. As you continue down this path you see a castle peering out from behind a hill. A kingdom...out this far? You of course set out to investigate. As you walk over the hill you see a medium sized kingdom. A wall surrounding the castle and town. Two guards stand watch at the castle gates. As you appraoch the guards one of them smiles "Greetings, traveller. I do hope the creatures did not give you much trouble, they do not take kindly to strangers. On the other hand the people of Lucemedia and the Queen welcome you. Please enjoy yourself. The castle is to the left and the town is to the right. If you need any more help then please ask another guard, they should be easy to find being that we constantly patrol the streets or you may ask one of the common folk. Always happy to lend a hand. Enjoy your stay." The guard steps back and makes a path so you may enter. A few people stare at you as you enter with smiles on thier faces. This is it...you have reached Lucemedia. |
