Dal 1995 dedico il tempo libero alla ristrutturazione della mia baita in montagna. Ad esclusione del tetto, tutto il resto è fatto da me,usando quando possibile materiali del posto. Per poter raggiungere agevolmente il luogo, ho ripristinato tratti dei sentieri che conducono alla baita da nord e da sud, secondo l'originale struttura della pavimentazione, movimentando circa 10.000 kg di sassi.
Since 1995 i've been renewing my hut in the mountain. A team of 5 workers built the tiled roof in 1995, all the rest has been made by myself using, when possible, local building material. I've been renewing along two seasons time the southern and the northen trucks leading to my hut according to the original ancient style, handling more than 4.500 lbs of stones from 1 to 90 lbs each.

Perchè tutto questo? nel 1854 mio bis-nonno Ricchi Luigi diede inizio ai lavori di costruzione eseguiti da Lozza Quirino, nel 1882 ,anno seguente la nascita di mio nonno Leone, viene ampliata la costruzione. Dopo un secolo il rinnovamento.
In the following pages you can see some pics showing the job i've been carried from spring time to autumn through the last 5 years.
