This is a monocular Noctar, 7X magnification. Sun shade around objective lens. Can be seen extended on general view 1. Eye cup damaged. Apparently original carrying strap sewn around the main body, with two retangular loops for a strap. The prism house is slightly higher than on the ordinary Noctar as can be seen in pic 5.
