I earned my teacher certification and B.S. degree (biology major and chemistry minor) from Central Washington University. I also hold a M.Ed. degree from the University of Washington. I've completed A.P. Institute training in both Biology and Environmental Science. I grew up in the Tri-Cities, taught for 6 years in the Seattle area, and have taught for 7 years at Kamiakin High School. I live in Kennewick with my husband, daughter, son, and 3 fish.
