Sun Salutation Variation
Stand in Mountain Pose
Bend at the waist and look forward, back straight.
Bring your hands up above your head and look up.
Step the right leg back in a lunge position, raise the arms and look up.
move into the stick position, keeping your body just off the ground
Come into the plank position.
Now bring your right foot forward, kneeing with the left and arms uphigh, look up.
Now come into the upward facing dog position
Pushing back into the downward facing dog
Both feet forward now, looking forward. Steping the left leg back in a lunge position, raise the arms and look up.
Come into the plank position.

Pushing back into the downward facing dog
Now bring your left foot forward, kneeing with the right and arms uphigh, look up.
Bring your hands up above your head and look up.
Both feet forward now, looking forward.
