| The Phil Campbell Fire Department has received the news that through much hard work and determination and the recent ISO inspection, the ISO rating for our coverage area has dropped from an 8 to a 6. Hopefully with a little more hardwork and support and some upcoming water system improvements we can drop to a 5. |
