If I had to chose my favorite pet shop series out of the four, this one would be my favorite! Jason Gray, manager and husband of the deceased, mezmerizing popstar singer Evangeline Blue (died on the night of their wedding by falling into the sea from a ship's deck) comes to the PetShop to pick up the animal his wife purchased. Jason is shocked when he finds the pet is an actual mermaid and looks identical to his dead spouse. He brings Eva into a huge pool tank in the basement of his house. While Jason devotes himself to caring for Eva, Luois (his highschool sweetheart and lover) drops by. He tells her off, and explains that he has fallen in love with Evangeline, and will be with her forever. When she leaves, there is a very cute love scene between Eva and Jason (for a minute though) afterwards, the contract Jason signed was carelessly broken, and he was eaten by the ever hungry Eva.

The 5th-octave siren Evangeline Blue, the miracle coloratura soprano, was both amazing in voice and in beauty. But despite these qualities, she was also very spoiled and very possesive. Eva took a liking to her manager, Jason Gray, because he was the only one who didnt want her, and later whom she seduced into marrying her. But Jason and Eva's dresser, Luois, had a secret bonding together (they were highschool sweethearts and still in love). On the night of Evangeline's wedding, the two lovers met on the deck of the wedding ship. Jason confessed that he was using Eva only to gain money and wealth, so that he could then divorce her and the two of them could live happily together. Both were unaware that Eva had followed them, and heard everything he said. With anger and humiliation, she jumped off the side of the boat, and committed suicide. Screenshots
