Description:

The Old Red Lion is a very comfortable neighborhood pub in Angel area of Islington.  The pub is packed during the evening with people hanging out and enjoying the busy Islington nightlife.  The pub and theatre work well together and there are bells to let you know that the show is about to begin.

The Old Red Lion produces a variety of shows ranging from one person to shows to more standard productions.  It also produces comedy on a regular basis.

The theatre is quite nice and located upstairs above the pub (the box office is at the back of the pub).  It has seating on two sides on benches with cushions.

The web site for the Old Red Lion can be found at http://www.oldredliontheatre.co.uk/
