Free with No Banner or pop-up Ads! What everyone is looking for in a dial-up connection. not many, but they do exist.
Free Advertisement (banner or pop-up ad) driven Access there are TONS of these. So Many that I haven't had time to test, review, etc many of them... this page will change as soon as I can get info on them.... I don't even have a fraction of these listed, I'm sure.
Fast free connection! Look here for free DSL, ISDN, etc specifically.
Help for Macintosh! Due to the high number of requests, I have put a page of ISPS that claim to have MAC support to help narrow down your search. This doesn't mean that the others don't support it... these are just the first that I found that definately mention MAC.. watch message boards for info from users also.
Pay Once Then Free ISPs Look here if you can't find free access in your area.
Local/Regional free ISPs I found these while looking for nation-wide free ISPs. You might find your area/state listed here or might find an ISP that you like better than a national one.

Well, That's about all of the National free ISP's in the USA that I can find ANYWHERE. Trust me when I say that at the time I am typing... I have found no major search engine or site to have this complete list. If you cannot find a free provider in your area from checking these nation-wide ISPs, never fear. This site in Canada has a great list of free LOCAL ISP's for many places in the world... especially the US. Also, if all else fails, try ISPs.com for at least cheap access in your area. C-Net has a list of ISPs that's pretty big also. There seem to be TONS of free ISPs in the UK. Sorry, I didn't include those... with as many times as they pop up on search engines, you really have to be not trying to find them. This site is aimed at US residents. To my knowledge. this is the BEST list of free ISPs available today. You should never have to pay almost $20 a month again!
