20.02 I am formally released from the Israely army. I am now a civilian!!!

18.02 Although my discharge from the IDF has been validated, I was ordered to be tried before the high ranking officer of my unit. The trial was then cancelled/postponed at the last minute (while I was on the bus carrying my jail-bag with me). No official reason was given.

05.02 I attended the "Compatibility For Service" committee (accompanied by my unit's commander), and was formally recomended for exemption!

29.01 I was tried today by my commanding officer LC Eitan Ozery, for refusing to wear an army uniform. I refused to be tried by him and requested a hearing at an army court of law. I am free while waiting for a trial date.

27.01 A Periodical Summary

25.01 After a long wait I received notice that I will not be released for consciencious reasons. I am to be tried by my unit for refusing orders on Sunday, 27/1.

25.12 I appeared along with my attorney at the Conciencious Commitee. No answer as of the 6.1.02. Protocol & my own summary of the meeting (Hebrew version).

22.12 In the last month I have been denied busfares, food, and have gotten negative recommendations for my urgent grant requests. A letter about the busfares (which are very costly) has been issued and other actions of protest are currently being contemplated.

18.12 I have been summoned to appear in front of the "Conciencious Committee" on the 25/12/01, where I'll be let to appear without uniform.

27.11 I was told that from now on I need to report everyday to receive a "pass" (permision to be outside army premisis, and an insurance guarantee). After recieving it, I must leave as quick as possible as not talk to the other soldiers and convince them to defect as well.

20.11 An "Incopatible For Service" committee which was schedueled for me two days earlier was cancelled. The official reason was my refusal to wear uniform during my hearing (which somehow makes me more compatable for service). A letter, by my lawyer, contesting the decision was issued.

19.11 Tommorow i am to be tried for refusing to wear army uniforms. I will most likely request my case to be heard at a military court of justice, a procedure which will postpone my incarceration by a few weeks.

14.11 My conciencious commitee was canceled for "technical reasons". I have been summoned to a meeting with my comander.

24.10 My request for an audience with the incomatibility for service committee was denied. I have filed a formal complaint.

11.10 At a meeting with my CO, Lt. Colonel Eithan, I was promised that my unit will schedule for me an audience with with the IDF's incompatibility for service committee. Until that time I shall be put on leave from duty so that he won't "have to" arrest me again.
