Hi. Let me tell you about myself. I am a person who likes trains of all kinds. Real and models.
Born and rased in Dallas, Texas and now living in Duncanville, Texas. Graduated from Justin F. Kimball High school in 1966. http://khs66.org
Went in to the Army in 1968 and discharged in 1971. Went to work for Dallas County Buid. Maint. Dept. in 1972 and retired in May 1999.
I now work for Wal*Mart in Sporting Goods. (As of July 17th of 2007, I have been on medical leave. May not be able to return to work. 05/28/2008)
I am marred with two sons,which both are marred and one grandson.

The above photo was taken at the Dallas Age of Steam museum by the assit. Director.
I am working on Seven Spot, in this photo, helping to restore her back into shape. Number 7 is a Steam Switcher Locomotive, 0-6-0. Baldwin built. Was the only Steam Switcher that worked the Dallas Union Terminal Company . Retired in 1961 and placed some where in the back tracks and then brought back to help with the Christmas rush in 1962 then in 1963 was puled to the gates of the new Dallas Steam Museum. Her boiler was fired for the last time and she was driven into the museum yard.
(As of today the newist word on the Train museum is that it will be moving to Frisco,Tx. Will keep you updated on this.) |

My hobbies and interests are: Riding Trains to any where. I like working with model trains and going to the model train shows. Taking photos of real and model trains. Then some times I go fishing, and I like to watch some football and Ice hockey.
Well the Fishing and Hunting license will expire soon: Exp. date is 08/31/2008. The new 2008 - 2009 licence will go on sell Aug. 15, 2008 ; Go by your local sporting goods store and see what is new for the new season. |
