Welcome to the Tech Section.
It is hard for me to say just what any
given reader is going to know about a subject when I write
an article. I'm sure that there are quite a few of you out
there that have forgotten more than I will ever know about some subjects.
The point that I'm trying to
make here is that quite possibly I might be writing at a level
that is above or below your level of understanding. In either case,
I apologize in advance. I will answer questions for those that don't
get it, discuss things with those that do, and take criticism from
the gurus that think I'm full of crap. All I want is for this
to be an open forum that people can learn from or contribute to.
If anyone wants to write an article and submit it, they will get
