South Point operates out of 1 volunteer station with 3 engines and 2 rescue trucks. The village of South Point is located in Lawrence County, and bordered to the east by Burlington (Fayette Township) and to the west be Sheridan (Perry Township). The village is bordered to the south be the Ohio River.
Are you interested in becoming part of the fire department? If so just stop by the station and pick up an application. We meet on Tuesdays at 7:00pm. You must be 18 years of age to be a senior firefighter and 16 to be a junior firefighter. |
