The purpose of this group is to bring together people with a common interest in Star Trek, to encourage fun activities, to disseminate information about Star Trek and to celebrate our members' accomplishments and experiences. In everything we do, we encourage membership involvement.

We are a Lubbock, Texas -based chapter of Starfleet, the International Star Trek Fan Association, Inc. We are also proud to be in Region Three, one of many regions in Starfleet.

* Our Charities
Being a non-profit organization, we sponsor different charities, local and national, for which to raise funds. Here are some of the charities we sponsor:

  • Ronald McDonald House: "By creating, finding and supporting programs that directly improve the health and well being of children, Ronald McDonald House Charities is working to better the lives of children and their families around the world."
  • Muscular Sclerosis: "The Society and its network of chapters nationwide promote research, educate, advocate on critical issues, and organize a wide range of programs—
    including support for the newly diagnosed and those living with MS over time."
  • Habitat for Humanity: they "bring families and communities in need together with volunteers and resources to build decent, affordable housing."
