This is a great place to eat breakfast. Their tofu scrambler is the best I've ever tried. This place is awesome if you are vegan or vegetarian. It is 98% veg friendly. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have vegan deserts and milkshakes. 2112 Franklin Ave E

Once you try there pizza you will never want pizza from another pizza place. They have a huge selection of toppings as well as a ton of vegetarian / vegan options. Including really tasty vegan cheese. 2800 Lyndale Ave

King & I Thai
If you like Thai food you will LOVE King & I. It is a bit expensive but it is well worth it. You get a heaping portion of food so unless you are super starved you will have left overs. They have some of the best vegetarian egg rolls I have ever had!! They also have great drinks as well!! Great place to take a date. 1349 LaSalle Ave

Until the smoking ban this was one of the smokiest bars I have ever been to. They have Pabst on tap and have daily happy hour specials. They also have a rad jukbox, pinball machines and a pool table. Bring all your friends here because this bar is a good time. 2600 Lyndale Ave S

Just a gay bar. Nothing crazy er anything. They have a jukebox with a ton of 70's & 80's songs. Their pitchers of beer are your standard price. They do have a patio area which makes it really sweet in the summer. They also have three pool tables and electronic dart boards. The only thing that sux about this place is that all the bartenders are men and if you are female they take forever to waite on you. 19 W 15th St

Psycho Suzi's Motor Lounge
This place has a ton of beer selections, from the cheapest beer to some fancy crap that I won't drink. This is a tiki bar so they have a bunch of fun themed drinks. Also they have a really kick ass jukebox. It gets pretty packed on the weekend tho, so if you wanna just go to hang its good to go during the week.
