Club Members admit no new material, Expose is Over!

Several Yahoo Clubs disappeared for some time between as Yahoo considerd all clubs in existence, and evaluated their continuing existence. Clubs then returned, although, it seemed that the main noise Yahoo Clubs site (apparently taken over by animal rights activists) had closed. Indeed, it was offline for several days between Christmas and New Year. At that time, one and another of activists begged moderators not to close clubs, and in passing, stated that the Expose was over, and likened the effort against Sathya Sai Baba to that against Layfayette Ron Hubbard and the Scientologists. In another Yahoo Club, the role of individuals in the expose action against Sathya Sai Baba is discussed, adn the consequences of the Expose being unable to proceed further are reported. On various Websites, one of the main activists details how he has lodged various cases in different countries against Sathya Sai Baba for alleged sexual abuse against minors, for example. In producing the handwritten "diary" of one person, advice was reported that it was useless for the purposes of obtaining prosecuation. Further advice was been recieved to the effect that unless a criminal prosecution is successful against Sathya Sai Baba, US Government action and warnings proceed no further. Here is a copy of the message in question which reported that advice:

No Conviction, stir up old material on a War Footing!

There being no further fresh allegations nor conviction obtained; and the case "registered" by the CIB in New Delhi, India, against Sathya Sai Baba going no further, the campaign appears to have run out of steam. Various activists dwell on the discontent of this author and that author who have come out with complaint against Sai Baba and those who run the Sathya Sai Organistation, world-wide. New material other than this is not forthcoming. Major protagonists return to the Indian Skeptic, Premanand and rehash old material which has been deemed hearsay and inadmissable by both the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and the Supreme Court of India. Re-presentation of this rejected material is called 'expose is being undertaken on a war footing".

FBI Advice to Activist! Evidence is Useless

In October 2001, one of the main activists reported on a meeting between himself and the FBI in the US, wherein he tendered his affidavits and 'evidence'. http://www.quicktopic.com/8/H/qYarJBpGLW7G6/p.573 refers.

He was advised in part that the evidence was useless and in another place, appeared to be "edited". The activist also claimed that the FBI were "were eventually convinced". This would appear to be not reasonably supported by his report of the interview with the FBI, particularly as no reference nor referee to that conversation was offered in order to independently verify the claim "were eventually convinced".
