TOM Premo is a world traveler and in Y2K-2001 and 2001-2002 he surveyed business opportunities in Vietnam, including the establishment of a Vietnamese-American Association (VAA - Hoi Viet-My) in Go Cong. The VAA will include a library, meeting room, classroom, computer lab and other features which are yet to be determined. During Tom's 2000-2001 visit to Vietnam he met several VIET KIEU, Vietnamese living overseas, and others interested in speaking English. He will be traveling to Vietnam again leaving in Nov 2001 and returning to the USA in April 2002, ( VN Trip#11)
